ORDERS & SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
Tikvah Art Studios offers UK and international shipping. Shipping costs and available delivery options will be shown at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing times vary depending on the artwork ordered. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where available.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on orders over £100
What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact Tikvah Art Studios as soon as possible with photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
PRINTS & ORIGINAL ARTWORK
What's the difference between an original and a print?
Original artworks are individually hand-created pieces and are one of a kind. Art prints are high-quality reproductions of original Tikvah artwork.
Are frames included?
Frames are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
Will my artwork look exactly like the photograph online?
Every effort is made to photograph artwork accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. Original handmade pieces may also contain natural textures and details that are part of the artwork.
Does my artwork come with anything extra?
Selected pieces include a handwritten letter explaining the meaning and inspiration behind the artwork. Please check the individual product description for details.
CUSTOM ORDERS & COMMISSIONS
Do you accept custom artwork requests?
Yes. Custom commissions can be requested through the Custom Orders section of the website.
How does the commission process work?
Complete the commission request form with your idea, preferred size, medium, colours, references and other details. Your request will then be reviewed based on your vision, requirements and availability.
If your commission is accepted, the final details, price and estimated completion time will be confirmed before work begins.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission and for work to begin. The remaining balance must be paid before the completed artwork is collected or shipped.
Can I request changes to my commission?
Updates will be shared where appropriate throughout the creation process. Reasonable adjustments can be discussed, but significant changes to the original agreed concept may result in additional charges.
Can I return a custom artwork?
Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for you, completed custom pieces are non-refundable.
LIVE PAINTING & BOOKINGS
Can I book Tikvah Art Studios for an event?
Yes. Live painting and other creative bookings can be requested through the Bookings section of the website.
What types of events can I enquire about?
Enquiries are welcome for suitable events including weddings, church events, conferences, celebrations, exhibitions and other special occasions.
How do I secure my booking?
Submitting a booking enquiry does not automatically confirm your date. Once your enquiry has been reviewed and accepted, the details and final price will be confirmed.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking as early as possible is recommended, particularly for specific event dates. Availability cannot be guaranteed until your booking has been confirmed and the required deposit has been received.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my order?
Return eligibility depends on the type of artwork purchased. Custom-made and commissioned artwork cannot be returned simply because you change your mind.
For eligible non-custom items, please refer to the full Shipping & Returns Policy for return conditions and timeframes.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits for accepted commissions and confirmed bookings are non-refundable, as they reserve your space and allow preparation or work on your project to begin.
